A 22-kilometer core corridor links the nine towers, providing airport-like amenities and facilities. Nine Panchtattva courts provide recreation and green space between the nine structures. The 131 lifts move at 3 m/s. Its two-level underground parking can hold 4,500 automobiles and 10,000 motorcycles.

The buildings cover 660,000 square feet on 35.54 acres. The bourse has nine interconnected towers, each with 15 floors, accommodating 4,200 offices from 300 square feet to 7,500 square feet, including 2,700 offices in five towers with 300 sq ft, 900 in one tower with 500 sq ft, 400 in another with 1,000 sq ft, and 350 in two towers with 1,000 sq ft.
